A member asked:

I take two 20mg lutein pills a day, is that ok for me?

Yes: Lutein is a natural carotenoids found in dark-green leafy vegetables and in egg yolks. These compounds may exert anti-inflammatory benefits along with preventing free-radical damage. This is all hypothetical or science based and there is little clinical evidence. Still a diet rich in vegetables is always a good idea! http://bit.Ly/lquwwr.
