Examine the eyes: Pediatric eye doctors do a variety of things. For a child who can not read or identify shapes the pediatric eye doctor can examine their eyes to tell if there is vision issues. Apartfr that they diagnose a variety of disease by looking at the back of the eye and they can help treat a lot of the eye related diseases like cataracts, infections etc.
