Hi doctors, can you tell me what is pinquicula of the eye?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Eye callus: This is a yellowish growth in the middle years on either side of the cornea which is the eyes way of protecting itself from wind, dust etc. It is normal. It must be distinguished from pterygium which is a benign growth in the same location which can grow over the cornea and obstruct vision.
