A member asked:

Is it possible to have black sclera?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: The sclera can become grey from repeated use of silver containing solutions and the sclera may get sort of blue in color from a few inherited issues and chronic inflammation of the eye. True blackness could only happen from the extremely rare spread of a melanoma but that would only be at the site of the tumor.
