Be kind to lips: I assume you are talking about cold sores on the lips. The virus is everpresent and outbreaks usually follow local irritation, sun or wind damage, or stress, infection lack of sleep or stress. Anything that makes the immune system skip a beat allows the virsu to grom- cold sores.
