Varies: Maybe nothing. You may feel fine. Or the pain could worsen. There is no way to know in advance. Pills can always be restarted.

Pain: The birth control pills are good for control of the pain with your periods. Has not been shown to control the disease or prevent the progress of the disease. So if you stop your pills and were not having pain the pain may come back, that is not indicative of worsening of the endometriosis.
