Does endometriosis smell?

No evidence for this: Change in odor is not one of the reported symptoms of endometriosis, those being problems with pain and infertility. Even when operating inside a pelvis full of endometriosis I have never noted any different odor. If the patient notices any foul or fishy smell it is much more likely due to a vaginal infection.
