Probably: It somewhat depends on whether you have symptoms related to hypertensive crisis or not: mental obtundation, chest pain, severe headache, etc. If you are symptomatic you should certainly go to the er. If not, it would be appropriate to call your doctor for advice. I would not recommend waiting over 24 hr. For treatment!
