Many possiblities: This could be several different issues depending on where the pain is at. It could be related to problems with stomach acid or ulcers. Another top concern would be gallbladder. Irritable bowel syndrome is another possible cause. There are many other possibilities. You should have a complete history taken and examination done by your physician to help evaluate this further.
