?Dermatographism: It is unusual for shapes like this to develop due to an internal problem. More commonly they are due to an external trigger, maybe sitting on a seat edge can cause a line, or over a button can cause an x like shape. Dermatographism, a physical urticaria or hives, may be responsible.
