At random times my body is itching painfully. i dont itch it but it erupts in large red scratches along my skin and painful bumps all over.

Allergen may be food,medications,insects,chemicals etc You must become your own detective to find the culprit. Did you start any new make up,medications or food just before this episode? How long you have had this? Details not clear.
