What's : Like all meds, ask the doc prescribing if you don't know what it's for or proper dosing. I'm sorry i'm not familiar with.

Work up needed: Two or more losses would constitute a diagnosis or recurrent pregnancy loss. That warrants a workup. If the evaluation shows a clotting problem, then the clexane may be indicated.
