Something else: Pregnancy doesn't cause a fever. It also doesn't usually cause body aches, at least not in early pregnancy. Sounds like an infection. Do you have any other symptoms - congestion, abdominal pain, pelvic pain...?

Fever not.: Unless you know you could be pregnant, this would be atypical. More like a viral illness or sinus infection.
