A doctor has provided 1 answer

Clot problems: Chronic illness that affects the clotting process can lead to increased retinal bleeding. Diabetes frequently causes retinal bleeding of several types. Retinal bleeding is seen in uncontrolled hypertension and some autoimmune diseases.
