Call your local NAMI: Some states have community mental health clinics to cater to those with mental health problems and no insurance. There are also local chapters of nami-national alliance on mental illness in most states. Contact them to find out what is available in your locality.

Psych Care: Without money its very difficult to get psychiatric care. If you have decompensated mentally or emotionally please go to the er and they will hook you up with case management and county services.
