A member asked:

I want to ask about pilocar (pilocarpine)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Glaucoma treatment: This is an infrequently prescribed eyedrop causing pupillary constriction and lowering of the internal pressure of the eye for treating glaucoma. The application frequency at four a day is uncomfortable and the pupillary construction with focus changes are unwanted so it is used little since alternatives are available.
