Yes...: Correcting anemia will reverse pallor. However, its important to distinguish pallor from being fair skinned. The former reflects inadequate red cell mass while the latter is a skin pigment issue. Pallor is best assessed by observing mucous membranes (mouth, lips, conjunctiva, etc.), nail beds, etc. Skin color is also a valid way to assess anemia, but take care. Address concerns to your doctor.
