Very unclear..: Your question is very unclear. Inflammation of what? Infection of what? A toe infection will generate a very different answer from a kidney infection. The constant er visits are an easier answer: you need to see your primary doctor so that the problem can be properly addressed. If you are constantly having emergencies, you are probably not dealing with a chronic issue that needs attention.
