Big difference!: Amenorrhea means lack of menstruation for six months or more. Anemia means a low count of hemoglobin, the protein that transports oxygen in the blood streams. So the two conditions are completely different.

Amenorrhea is: Absence of menstrual period and completely different than anemia which is low number of red blood cells.
