Patience, Spread em': Make sure your hands are clean and dry. Use your thumb and forefinger on your opposite hand to hold your eye lids open. Place the lens on the end of your forefinger, like a cup, with a drop of wetting solution. Spreading your eyelids with the one hand, in one move bring the cupped lens to your eye and just barely tap /touch the lens to your eye. Drop sinside should grab the eye and connect.
