Various : Horner syndrome results in a unilateral small pupil, slight drooping of the eyelid, and possible changes in sweating on the same side. It is caused by problems in the sympathetic nerves passing upward in the chest into the neck and toward the base of the brain. Numerous conditions can cause the problem, and this would need extensive testing to find the cause.
