Does horners syndrome affect vision?

No!: Horner's syndrome affects pupil size, eyelid droop and reduced forehead sweating on the affected side. Altho the condition itself is basically benign it can be an indication of other more serious problems and should be evaluated by an eye md who can then make further referrals if appropriate.
