Yes: Visine has a vasoconstrictor medication that makes the blood vessels of the eye constrict to decrease the appearance of redness of the eyes. This decreases blood flow to the conjunctivae of the eyes. I would recommend you see md to find out why you have persistent red eyes or eye irritation and then use the medication to treat that condition.
