Not recommended: Avoid use with contacts. It causes vasoconsriction, which decreases the amount of oxygen supply.

Contacts, eye drops: Not a good idea to use eye medications over contact lenses. I don't recommend it. You may use contact lens friendly artificial tear drops though.
