Probably not: Symptoms of pregnancy are very non-specific meaning that many conditions can feel like pregnancy. You could have been pregnant and a blood pregnancy test (best - most accurate) would help answer the question. Unless the pregnancy test confirms a pregnancy then i suspect you were not pregnant. It does not help to assume you were pregnant for the doctor or yourself. Best wishes.
