Various reasons: The causes of anxiety are many. Some people are simply wired that way and they are always a little bit anxious. Not getting enough sleep will make any person feel anxious during the daytime. Often times we are anxious as a result of extreme stress in our lives. Sometimes life just happens and we feel very anxious because things keep going wrong. All of these are good reasons.
