?: High risk sex is.

Sex: Sex is a healthy part of life. If one takes the proper precautions (to prevent sexually transmitted diseases or unwanted pregnancies); the sex is completely consensual & does not become excessive (does not interfere with other aspects of your life) that is fine. Monogamous sex in a committed loving relationship may make for optimal physical, spiritual & emotional health.

This changed: There is no too much. And it usually is great exercise. It used to be believed that this bad but medically not an issue.

What do you think?: Better perhaps not to look an external standard - there is a range here, everyone is different. Look inside, become aware, begin to notice what feels good, right for you and make time for this ... identify your needs, become mindful of the needs of others. Take note. Do not judge. The phrasing of the question betrays something; 'too much' of anything tends to be unhealthy. Find your balance.

How much is too much: In reality, there's no such thing as too much sex (so says a male physician), unless engaging in consensual sexual activity puts you at risk for sexually transmitted diseases/infections or unwanted pregnancy, or negatively impacts your relationships w/family & friends or your work performance. So if family, friends & work are good, then knock boots as often as you & your monogamous partner desire

A 21-year-old member asked:

How can I communicate to my partner that sex doesnt interest me?

Dr. Danny Proffitt

Openly and honestly: Sex is the ultimate in intimacy for both partners. What one does affects the other. Each must know the other emotionally, physically, mentally, and intimately. Tell the partner you have issues with desire and see if there are things that can be better to re-interest you in sex. There may be medical issues. Get a good check up and needed testing. Counselling may be needed. Good luck!

Too much, Too rough: - yes, that can be harmful. It is best to do things in moderation. Sex that causes you injuries is harmful. Having sex so much that it interferes with other areas of daily living is harmful.

I can`t be open with the people i admire much, i seem to be unable to be natural around them, especially the opposite sex.Is it bad or normal?

Normal: We all have our fears and most common is with people we like, as we also like to be liked so we don't want to make any mistakes. Try to have more confidence, and be yourself, be natural. You want to be liked as you are, not as they want you to be. Remember, when they get to know you, you want the you to be the one they like.

Gym exam: Have you had a gyn exam? If you're still having pain with intercourse, you should be sure that there are no anatomic abnormalities that are causing your pain. Also, make sure you are using lubrication, whether it is A condom or other jelly.
