Regular diet: There should not be a certain diet to follow if you were diagnosed with ad, just sensible, well balanced diet is all what is advised. Plenty of water is also encouraged. If there is an autoimmune basis to your ad, then obtaining a celiac panel may be considered as people with celiac disease have a higher risk of developing addison’s disease, and vice versa. Talk with your endocrinologist.
