Yes, but...: Both are stimulants, so you may feel especially jittery or high strung. Maybe have less coffee than usual until you know how they add together for you, or drink decaf.

Caffeine is a much weaker stimulant than adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine), but you could notice increased anxiety, jitteriness, or heart rate with the combination. It would be best to try caffiene in low amounts to see how you tolerate the combination. If necessary, use decaf or half-caf to minimize difficulties.
