Trimethyl xanthine: It could be the other way around as well. Caffeine can undermine the benefits of the stimulant and contribute to side effects that would not occur with the Adderall alone. Cut back on the caffeine and if concentration improves, that is the answer. if not, contact your prescriber and look to increase dose, switch meds, or introduce neurofeedback. Getting less sleep or an alternate generic?
