Itchy bumps on neck: Itchy bumps red on neck will suggest most probabely it is a form of contact dermatitis related a piece of jewelerry like necklace or some thing you wore around your neck.Some gold jewellery have other metals like nickel etc, which can cause contact dermatitis.You can use over the counter 1% Hydrocortisone cream twice a day and if no improvement see your doctor or a dermatologist.
