Short answer...: ...Is no, there isn't anything otc that will really stop/treat obstructive sleep apnea. Most people need combined therapy with medical management of weight along with external mechanical ventilation support aka cpap.

No: Usually sleep apnea is treated with weight loss program, CPAP machine, oral appliance or surgery.
