What tools do immunologist need?

History and labs: An immunologist first takes a good history of the patient's problems(ie., recurrent infections etc) and then will do a thorough physical exam. Based upon all of this, specific laboratory tests will be ordered. Once reviewed, a plan of action will be taken.
