How would a clinical immunologist treat/diagnose suspected sle?

Labs and ROS: ANA is the first test. A very good screening test, yet to really see a case of ANA negative lupus! <mostly female patients> then go through the 11 ros - soapbrainmd - and lupus patients will have >4/11 criteria.
