Heart Attack: Pain from a heart attack can also radiate from the chest, , arm, shoulder and back to the teeth , jaw and throat. With the chest pain, this is unlikely a dental problem. See a physician immediately to rule that out, and then see a dentist so he can diagnose the tooth and jaw pain with xrays and exam.
