Pain chest neck: This may be a serious problem with your heart or your chest. See your doctor as soon as possible or go to the er. If pain gets severe call 911 and report chest pain.

Heart Attack: Pain from a heart attack can also radiate from the chest, , arm, shoulder and back to the teeth , jaw and throat. With the chest pain, this is unlikely a dental problem. See a physician immediately to rule that out, and then see a dentist so he can diagnose the tooth and jaw pain with xrays and exam.
