A member asked:

Is there different categories for malignant vaginal diseases?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Every type of cancer and precancerous lesion is broken up into stages. In the vagina the precancerous states are classified as vain (vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia) 1-3, carcinoma in-situ, then cancers staged 1-4. There are also different types of cancers that provide similar categories but different treatments.
