Probably not help: L-tyrosine may relieve depression in doses of up to 2, 000 mg per day. However, if fluoxetine was helping, l-tyrosine not likely to help in your case. You would more likely benefit from 5htp or tryptophan. All individual Amino Acids are best taken on an empty stomach for best response.
