Yes and No: Skin rejuvenation takes on many forms. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, ablative and non-ablative laser resurfacing can all be classified as skin rejuvenation methods. Also, topical "cosmeceuticals" like tretinoin, vitamin c, antioxidants and others can also help with skin rejuvination. Lots of options out there, so see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for help.
