A member asked:

Which foods are good for side effects of antibiotics?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probiotics.: After using antibiotics, the normal good bacteria (normal flora) has been killed off and needs to be re=colonized. Eating foods with natural cultures of bacteria, such as yoghurt or kefir will help to recolonize the gut and resolve GI complaints.
