Keflex side effects: Keflex is a cephalosporin antibiotic. This antibiotic can commonly cause gastrointestinal side effects like diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and sometimes, headaches. Serious side effects include anaphylactic reactions, decrease in blood cells and liver disease.
