See below: It's highly individual, but generally speaking about positive rituals (e.g. Meals together, holiday gatherings, reading together, talking, etc.), will bring you sense of stability and help you refuel yourself before stressful events. Even with chaos, having these ritual in place, might have a calming effect on you -- you know you can always go home and do these things that keep you grounded.
