Are there any standards for pregnancy massage?

Common Sense Rules: During pregnancy it is always best not to lie flat on one's back but propped up on 2+ pillows or lying on left or right side.It is also good to have support under both knees to help with circulation. In addition the parts of the body to be massaged can include everything but the abdomen.
