Some overlap: Oriental (traditional chinese) medicine is a whole system of healing that includes acupuncture, herbs, qi gong, healing foods, acupressure, and chinese psychology. It's thousands of years old, and takes a lifetime to learn. Naturopathic medicine draws from multiple healing traditions, and some naturopathic physicians study and practice tcm. Most integrate several modalities in their work.

Not much: Naturopathy is basically an all-natural approach to achieving health. This approach will consider and utilize many forms of natural medicine, including, but not limited to homeopathic remedies, and oriental herbal remedies.
