Why do diabetics have poor circulation?

Artery disease: Diabetics are prone to develope atherosclerosis in their arteries due to the high sugers in their blood. This is especially pronounced in diabetics that smoke.

Diabetic: this is more common with prolonged history of diabetes due to damage that occurs in the internal lining of the blood vessels secondary to the diabetes.
