Anaphylaxis: The worst symptoms include problems breathing or swallowing, slurred speech, fainting, palpitations. Other type of serious reaction is called stevens-johnson syndrome - where you rapidly develop ulcers/blisters in the mouth and lips, and round lesions on the rest of the body that start to slough. These reactions are serious and you should definitely contact emergency services they occur.
