Good fat good: A lot of the answer depends on the cause of the ftt. If it's a fat malabsorption problem, then excess fat in diet can really give you quite a bit of diarrhea! but may be less dangerous to liver, heart, etc. If you stick with vegetable fats primarily then the risk is low. More importantly, it's valuable to work with nutrition to set specific, realistic and safe goals, and use a combo approach.
