See below: Since Meloxicam is in the class of nsaids so stomach upset, reflux and ulcers are possible. Other GI complaints are possible. Other risks include elevated blood pressure and other cardiovascular issues, swelling of the legs, decreased kidney function, rare skin rashes, headaches. Labs need to be followed while on nsaids included meloxicam.
