Healthy weight: It's normal for weight to plateau and to hover at a stable level. This is behind the notion of a "set-point" for weight. What this means metabolically is that the intake of calories is about right to maintain the present weight, given the amount of work (exercise/moving around) being done. When desired one may lose additional weight by following the same principles that led to the initial loss.
