VACCINATE: The limited antibodies babies get in breast milk help reduce the frequency of some viral/diarrheal illnesses in the first year, but do not transfer immunity you have to major diseases. Infants are the most vulnerable patients to meningitis or whooping cough as well as other illnesses. Failure to vaccinate on time can result in death or impairment.
