I'm concerned about my child's eating and physical activity levels. how can i help?

Discipline: Provide the "right" food but do not have any concern whether he eats it. If other family members have finished, put the child's food in the fridge and serve it for the next meal. Do not substitute: make him wait fort the next meal. You have to be "cruel to be kind"..Limit television and he might fo out and play with other kids.
